Our High School Performance program is designed to provide high school athletes with the tools and training they need to excel in their sport. Our experienced coaches use a science-based approach to help athletes build strength, agility, and speed, while also focusing on injury prevention and proper form. The program is designed for high school athletes, typically ranging from 14-18 years old, and focuses on developing strength, agility, and speed, as well as injury prevention techniques and proper form.
Athletes will train in small groups to receive individualized attention from our experienced coaches. Each athlete will receive a personalized training program tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Our experienced coaches work with athletes to develop the physical and mental skills necessary to succeed at the college level. We also provide guidance on the college recruitment process, including how to develop a recruiting video and communicate with college coaches.
