High School Athletes
High School Athlete Program OPTIONS
We pride ourselves on educating our athletes so that they are better prepared for the future.
All individualized Programs include (as needed):
- personalized warm-ups
- mobility and movement training
- corrective exercise
- med-ball training
- speed and agility
- strength training
Our programs can be designed to be completed in person at BASE, partially in person and partially at a gym closer to home for those unable to travel to BAse consistently (hybrid Program), or completely remote in your own gym of choice for those who may be traveling farther distances (remote program).
